Each personal training session is designed with your personal goals in mind. We understand that everyone has a different lifestyle and different reasons to be at our facility.

Personal training at Aiyoku Fitness promises to be a different experience every time. We utilize the Power Plate and, if desired, the rest of our facility in all of your sessions.

The Power Plate is an incredible piece of equipment that delivers accelerated results (see below). We can keep the full session on the Power Plate or combine your training with the Power Plate and our complete selection of free weights, TRX system, the custom climbing bridge and all our accessories (Bosu, Equalizer’s, chin up bar, Muay Thai bag, weighted bars and balls, Swedish balls, resistance bands etc.).The choice is yours.

Each session is with a certified trainer and is 50/60 minutes in length.

Power Plate machines use the principles of Acceleration Training™ to stimulate the body’s natural response to vibration. These vibrations transmit waves of energy throughout the body, activating muscle contractions between 25 and 50 times per second, enhancing overall performance. All of our trainers are certified personal trainers first and then they are certified on the Power Plate. Each session is customized to your needs and lasts between 50-60 minutes beginning to end.
