Before joining Aiyoku, my gym routine consisted of running on the treadmill periodically or attending a yoga class. After getting engaged, I knew it was time to add in some consistency to achieve a healthy and active lifestyle… especially with a wedding coming up in 8 months!
Eight months before my wedding, I decided to join Aiyoku and train 2-3 times per week. I had a very customized routine for me based on my goals, and within 3 months I saw immediate results. My trainer kept me motivated and allowed me to stay positive, especially during all the stress of planning a wedding.
Joining Aiyoku was one of the best decisions I have every made, and I can’t thank the Aiyoku team enough for making me feel like a celebrity on my Wedding Day. Looking forward to continuing my gym routine at Aiyoku as a ‘fit to be wed’ alumni!
