Before joining Aiyoku, my gym routine consisted of running on the treadmill periodically or attending a yoga class. After getting engaged, I knew it was time to add in some consistency to achieve a healthy and active lifestyle… especially with a wedding coming up in 8 months!

Before I started going to Aiyoku, my exercise routine consisted of running and riding my bike to work. I knew I needed to incorporate weight training, but I hated the idea of trying to lift weights in a busy gym.  Luckily, I found the perfect solution in Aiyoku and training on the power plate.  Not only did I significantly increase my muscle strength, but I learned lots of new cardio tricks to keep my body healthy.  Today, I’ve been a client for 2 and a half years and I don’t think I’ve had the same workout twice.  Aiyoku is such an innovative space and is constantly evolving to suits the needs of it’s clients.  It’s the perfect gym for non-gym goers and for anyone who looking to switch up their workout routine.
